Well Pack was facing a major problem: its logistics partner at the time was not delivering office furniture on time. It was not keeping up with Well Pack's demand. This resulted in uncertainty and uncomfortable situations for the customer, including times when the client was unable to respond to requests due to logistics shortcomings and lost a portion of sales.

The goal was clear: to become a reliable partner. And at the same time save the client as much time as possible by completely outsourcing logistics across Europe. The flexible moving and assembly of furniture was therefore added to the possibility of storage in one of the 156 warehouses at our disposal. We have taken over all the hassle of planning and managing the move, including the assembly and disassembly of furniture or the recycling of packaging material.
